Runs from Morgan Avenue to Kent Avenue.
The climbing is front-loaded — most of the 59 ft of gain lands in the first half of the 1.9 miles. You finish 43 ft above the start, so the return trip runs mostly downhill.
Starting near Ten Eyck Playground, the route passes Marcy Green Center around mile 1.3 before reaching Continental Army Plaza at mile 1.5. It also runs through Strawberry Playground. Marked facilities along the route include drinking water.
